TERMS OF SERVICE
I have the right to deny any commission request.
Private commissions are allowed and must be discussed before payment is issued. This entails both I, the artist, and you, the client, being unable to share a commission in public online spaces in any form.
Unless a different deadline is stated, my current commission working time is 2-4 weeks. I will notify you of any delay to this that may come up. If I am given a quick turnaround, I may charge a 25% rush fee to a commission.
If needed, please make sure you have permission to use any reference imagery.
Clear character reference must be provided. Character generators (like Picrew) and face claims are welcome, given that any notes describing extra details of a character are provided with these images.
I also accept written descriptions of characters, but depending on the complexity of the design I will charge a 25% design fee for the work that entails. I also require a mood or pinterest board if this route is taken.
Pose references or descriptions are more than welcome to be sent along with character references. Depending on the commission, this may be required. If you are unable to describe or find a visual pose reference, I also accept quick sketches or thumbnails of a composition.
All payment is taken upfront via Paypal invoice sent by me. Payment is only accepted in USD and you are responsible for making currency conversions.
If needed, you can pay 50% of the commission upfront and pay the rest over the course of the commission. I will start working once paid this amount, but you will not receive the final, finished commission until I receive the full payment.
I can only issue a 100% refund if I have not started working on your commission. If for any reason you need to refund a commission after that point, I will still charge an at least 25% kill fee based on how much I have worked on the commission.
If I am to cancel a project, I will refund you 100%.
All prices are base price. Depending on the complexity of a character design, the addition of a background, or anything else I may deem worthy (addition of pets, magic effects, etc) an additional fee may be added to a commission. If you are unsure, please contact me and I can estimate a price for you.
You are allowed two large revisions per commission. This includes but is not limited to: facial expression or pose change, character design critiques, and composition changes. These revisions must be made during the thumbnailing and sketching phases. Some minor revisions can be made after that point if they are within reason. If more revisions are made, they will be charged separately.
Commissions are not for commercial use. Please email me to discuss prices for commercial illustrations if desired. Please note that these prices will be higher than my listed commission prices.
You are welcome to use your commission as desired as long as it is not for commercial use. Anything like using it for profile pictures, banners, printing it out to hang up, etc. is okay. If you share your commission online, please credit it back to me. Any time I post this commission it will be with a watermark (including your name or handle if desired) and you may decide if you would like to do the same.
